NarniaWeb has received an exclusive look at the movie promotional materials beginning to appear in theaters this holiday season.
Dark Horizons has posted some official concept art from the film. Among the four pictures are two photos from the WWII bombing of London and a picture of the professor’s house in the country. The last image is of an empty room with a wardrobe. Absolutely spectacular pictures!

The Selwyn District Council is vehemently denying accusations it gave the makers of the film The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe special permission to destroy “outstanding natural landscapes”. A spokesman for the production says “We wanted to make it work there (Flock Hill) and did everything they asked of us.”
A NZ environmental group has objected to a decision by the local council for the area where the LWW battle scene will be filmed. “Forest and Bird” said building a 5 metre wide road into the area spoils the scenery, which is what attracted the film company to it in the first place.
Filmmakers for The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, have decended on Springfield, NZ looking for a place to stay.
