Australia and India fans will be happy to know that their release dates for The Voyage of the Dawn Treader have been bumped up by a full week. UPDATE: Turns out Australia and India aren’t the only two countries to have their Dawn Treader release dates bumped up.
Last Friday the big opening ceremony for the Dawn Treader inspired Ice Palaces took place. Our own GlimGlum was there, along with dozens of other Narnia fans to see Georgie, Will, and Michael Apted. GlimGlum has kindly sent us his full report from the event.

It does not sound official, but Director Michael Apted says he thinks “The Silver Chair” will follow “Dawn Treader.”
Yesterday we reported that the US premiere for The Voyage of the Dawn Treader would take place on December 9th in whichever city the Operation Narnia contest winner chose. As it turns out, apparently there will be two US premieres. The first one will take place in Knoxville, TN on December 8th. UPDATE: We have ticket information!
