Jane Eyre Currently In Production

The new BBC adaptation of Charlotte Bronte’s classic “Jane Eyre” is currently being filmed in various locations across Derbyshire. In the story, Jane is orphaned at a young age and placed with her wealthy aunt Mrs Reed who neglects Jane in favour of her own three spoiled children. Young Jane is played by Georgie Henley (Lucy in The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe), and older Jane is played by Ruth Wilson. Filming will continue until June.
