Andrew Adamson Producing ‘Beasts of Burden’
Andrew Adamson is producing a computer-animated feature film based on the Dark Horse Comics title, “Beasts of Burden.” Both the film and four-issue mini-series are “set in a community called Burden Hill where a series of supernatural events occur, causing a gang of dogs (and one cat) to team up in order to keep their owners and the town’s residents safe.” Read more. Back in June 2007 while filming Prince Caspian, Adamson told NarniaWeb: “[Computer animation] is definitely something I still want to keep involved in because itโs an art form that I really like and I think it allows you to do very different things than you canโt necessarily do in this medium.”
Hmm…sounds interesting. I'm not generally a fan of comic-turned movies, but I guess we'll see. ๐
I am glad that Andrew is doing animation. You have to admit, he is pretty much a master when it comes to CG.
Andrew,he is CG master!
I hope he will come back & make next narnia film as a director or producer!!!
Sounds really dumb
Hm. It does sound interesting. ๐ Will probably have to see that one…
I hope it is a movie that I will be able to watch. It sounds a little cheesy, but Andrew is so amazing and talented. I just love him. The sad thing that has been happening with all of my narnia "people" is that they go off and do movies I can't watch. Then I get really bummed out.
I might be interested…I am a anime fan but how about later on he work on one Narnia film and Michael can do the other film.
He directed Shrek, right? That was a good movie!I'm surehe'll do wonderful producing this.
What? He did Shrek? My opinion of the man just went down 4 points…
LOL Samuel ๐
I personally hate Shrek
Yeah, he directed both Shrek 1 and 2, wrote Shrek 3, and acted in Shrek 1 as Duloc Mascot and Shrek 2 as the captain of the guards. Pretty neat huh? Check out his IMDb listing and you might be surprised.
Andrew Adamson is also going to be filming a book called Mister Chip starring Hugh Laurie of 'House' fame and perhaps we may well see him back behind the wheel directing another Narnia.
It's much easier to undsertand when you put it that way!
