haha, Narnia_Girl, there are a lot more "someones" where we came from. a lot of people were disappionted by Apted's style, but I'm even more disappionted about the MUSIC. for crying out loud, how hard is it to compose some decent music, David Arnold???

That part is sad. I wish Lucas Arts would make a videogame where you can be Anakin and choose to stay on the good side or go to the dark side. Then it would be cool (if you stayed on the good side) if there was a fight between Anakin and the Sepritace on Mustufar. If you lose, you fall into the lava and after that get white Darth Vader armor. That would be awesome!

I really hope this is not the final list of bonus features!!! My favorites are always the commentaries with the kids and the bloopers. I am just going to pray that they get added.
I'm so glad you mentioned the 'picking the marshals' scene. I think that that was one of the best scenes within the entire movie, and I really really really really wish they'd left it in. It gave a different dynamic to Peter's character, one that he had in LWW and one that was missing a bit in PC.
That being said, I overall really loved Adamson as director of the first two. He really seemed to try his absolute hardest to make the movies the best that they could be. He sure didn't cut any corners when it came to locations and props! I think he did a good job with both movies – truly, my only major qualm is that he cut that one scene.
I really wish he'd directed VoDT. Though the script was a big issue, I really think he could have made this movie so much better than it was. He was able to… I don't know, bring out? Georgie and Skandar's acting skills. They were so believable and personable in the first two. In VoDT they just seemed flat, and I truly think it's because Apted didn't spend enough time with them, and didn't give them enough to give their lines true emotion beneath them. It was just like they passed the script around, said 'read it!' and took the first take. Adamson made sure every scene was polished. Apted really seemed like he didn't care.

lol, I can be long winded when I get upset about something. XD in short, I think that even though Adamson had a flair for the dramatics and for action scenes, he was a great director for Narnia – there was true emotion and magic in LWW and PC. In VoDT that really was missing. It wasn't just because of Adamson *shakes fist at Fox and screenwriters* but I really think he could have made the movie so, so SO much better than it was. Apted isn't right for this movie. At all. What little magic surviving after the screenwriters attacked it with the green mist, Apted killed with choppy pacing, forced lines, even MORE focus on action (Sea serpent scene, anyone? :'( ) and completely changing the underlying meanings and themes of the book.
… that wasn't short at all. XD Reallllly tl;dr version – I don't like Apted directing Narnia. I want Adamson back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actualy I think it was in Joshua somewhere. We sent a letter to a friend in California for encourgment in what he was doing. My sister put a Bible verse on the letter to encourage him (It started out with "Be strong and couagous . . .". that's all I remember, but that basicly describes the verse). He sent a letter back that said that the verse was the EXACT SAME VERSE that he was praying and studying through!!!!
Really? We have horses too! We have a chesnut (I think – my mom and sister say he is. I honestly don't know which horse colors are which. 🙂 I'll just call them brown, black, white . . . 🙂 ) Quarter Horse gelding named Copper, a black and white paint gelding named Chaps, a brown and white paint mare named Miss Dixie, a black, brown, and white paint gelding named Courage (Miss Dixie was actuly him mom. We bought her pregnant), and a white Pony of America (POA) mare named Sweetie. We used to have a brown and white paint gelding named Coliseum, but he died 🙁

wow !!! They sound beautiful !!! we also have a brown belgium and a dark brown Shetland pony. The Belgium's name is Big John and the pony's name is Mocha. Mocha is a gelding, we think, he is my sister's. And Big John is a Gelding too. He is my mom's horse. My dad got him my for mom on there anniversary. Sadly. Snowflake died in October. =[ Do you know how to horseback ride ?

Sorry about Snowflake 🙁 I don't know how to ride a horse. It's kind of imberessing to say i can't ride a horse, but in my defence, we have only had horses for about 4 years.
Really ? I can't ride either. It is sad for me to say this since I love horses. I do wantt to learn soon though. I am sorry for coliseum. I'm sure he was the best. I've only had horses for one year, one month, some days. I got Snowflake on January 5. Big John was here on May 4, and Mocha was here on August something. Buttercup was December 7. Once again, I am sorry about coliseum. I also am sad about Snowflake's death. I thank you for caring and hope you have fun with your horses. There are such a joy……….well, they are to me anyway. =}

Has anyone ever heard of Lamplighterbooks,theater, and seminars ? I have recently been listening to there audio dramas…..And I LOVE them !!! They are Christian audio dramas of people in like the 1800's. I now am listening to one called "The Wanderer"….It is really cool. Go to Lamplighter.net, and you will see some free samples !! They are sort of like adventures in Oddysey
I think horses are great too. I can't wait for HHB because it will be fun too see how they have the horses actions and see how acurate they are. C S Lewis seemed to know a lot about horses by his desriptions in HHB.

I love seeing all the animals talk, but Horses are probably my favorite. I always think that part is so cool. I also Love Reepicheep. I wish I could really go to Narnia and see all the animals, and Reepicheep, and Cair Parravael, and Aslan !!
I know. I wish I knew how to ride. I am planning to learn this summer. My mom used to ride alot, and she is willing to help me learn. We always ride bareback. I don't exactly know why, we have saddles, but it is less weight on the horse, and, it reminds me of Narnia. As if I am riding towards Narnia, to escape telmarines.
No we don't have The Captive lamplighter book. We only have a few of them, and I only read some of them a looonnng time ago. But my sister loves them! I haven't got to listen to the radio theatres. The are good books, though!!!

Sometimes when I'm asleep I have a dream the I'm fighting some kind of war in Narnia.
So do I !!! Before the movie ever came out, I dreamt I was on the Dawn Treader, sailing alway towards someplace special. Recently, just a couple nights ago, I dreamt that I I was in Narnia, Living in a peaceful cottage, when Suddenly, telmarines attacked !!! Ok, in the end I ended up on their ship sailing to who knows where, but it was an awesome dream !! I dream of wars, and other Narnian dreams than I did just now. How about you ?
Nope. We put absolutely no tack on our horses except a bridle. And actually, If the horse is tame enough, we just ride them bareback with a halter, and maybe two lead ropes. Our horses always go with no halter in the pasture too. They look so wild, so free, and yet, they run up to us whenever they see us.
That's cool! We (My little sister likes bareback) use bareback pads.
Oh, well that's cool. I've never heard of Bareback pads. I've heard of Bareback saddles though. ( We are considering getting one for the taller horses.) Have you ever used a Hackemoore ? We haven't. But I got one for Christmas from my dad, and we are going to try it on our belgium.

I useually have dreams about like fighting the White Witch and her army, but every once in a while I'll have a crazy dream like I'm Luck Skywalker and I have Chewbacca with me and we fight the Calormen or some other enemy.
Well, I have dreamt of fighting the white witch, but not chewbacca and calormenes. Just last night, I dreamt I was in Narnia, when I bumped into Robin Hood. It was a really cool dream except when I came to become an outlaw and five hundred dollars was on my head. But that was also the coolest part !! Me and my wacky dream…….= ]
Ok. Well this weekend we are going to try him on it. I am going to learn to ride Buttercup this weekend. Then I can gallop through the woods and pretend telmarines are following me. In real life, on foot, we all do. In the hot ( believe me, 120 degrees hot.) summer, we go in our pastures, and pretend we are in the great dessert. Just a few weeks ago, we went to our pond and pretended that our gryfons were attacked by telmarines, and now we were stuck in an island with creatures we didn't know about. Funny, When we play it, it almost seems real.
