Free Download: Scott Krippayne’s ‘Voyage’
Earlier this week we told you about Scott Krippayne’s new song ‘Voyage’ which was inspired by The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. While this song isn’t officially related to the production and won’t appear on the soundtrack, many of you enjoyed listening to the song. We’ve receive word that you can now download the track for free at NewReleaseTuesday.com. Enjoy!
Can't seem to find how to download it… :\
I haven't been able to figure it out either just by going to that link. However, we also posted a link on Facebook and one on Twitter and both of those do work.
But since some people don't use either of those, if anyone figures out how to get a free download just through the site, please let us know and we'll update this story.
I found it and have updated the link in the story. Should work now though you will have to register.
Ah, eureka! Thanks. =D
I wish I had known two days ago. I already bought the song through iTunes. oh well.

Ah! This song has beautiful lyrics! I so wish that this was related to the production instead of "There's A Place For Us!" Just compare the choruses:
Theres A Place For Us
We can be the kings and queens of anything if we believe.
It’s written in the stars that shine above,
a world where you and I belong, where faith and love will keep us strong,
exactly who we are is just enough,
yes there’s a place for us, now there’s a place for us
Voyage
I want to sail into the sunrise
Right to the edge of the new
Way beyond me, across the sea
Into a beautiful truth
Journey awaits, incredible stories
And I’ll live to tell you the tales
I want to know
I want to go
I want to sail
"Voyage" is so much nearer to the joy and wonder of discovery that is at the heart of VDT! I love it!
Especially if you contrast "We can be the kings and queens of anything if we believe" with "Way beyond me, across the sea Into a beautiful truth". Even if Aslan doesn't make a whole ton of appearance in VDT (compared to other books), he's still /there/; since he's an allegorical picture of Christ, he's "way beyond me". That has more meaning than the "believing" being talked (or sung) about in the other song.
*desperately wishes THIS was the title track* 🙁
found the song on youtube.

it is a lovely song 🙂 thanks so much for the link narniawebbers! 😀 (I can see why some would wish this was the title track, the lyrics are definitely superior though I haven't heard the other song yet)
