Carrie Underwood Talks About Narnia and Dawn Treader
A couple new videos have popped up on YouTube regarding Carrie and the song she’s writing and singing for The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
The first video is an interview with Carrie where she talks about the movie and how it inspired her to write the song ‘There’s a Place for Us’.
The second video is several segments of her recording the song put together into one video.
Thanks to Narnia_Maniac for the heads up!
I love this song! Can't wait to hear all of it!
Yeah, me too!
This looks to me like rough material for behind-the-scenes features, or something. Like on the DVD release, maybe? Not that I know anything about that stuff. =P
Oh my Gosh that was beautiful!!! Rotfl it looked like they were kind of fighting toward the end…. By the way is it just a problem with my speakers/headphones or was that part around the middle NOT supposed to be heard….?
It's my upload. You can't hear her because the video is being shot through the sound booth but if you listen to the left channel clearly, you can hear a bit of her through the glass. Btw, I have 2 more of the vids up than the 2 posted here.
Good interview. Nice video. π I think this song really will fit well in Narnia. π
LOVE CARRIE!
she is so genuine and kind and awesome and a freakin amazingggg singer!! can't wait for this song!!
Is this what they made the "preview of her song" video from???
i love the song. i think its going to be perfect and fit with the emotional end to the movie. it is very emotional and moving. i have a feeling im gonna cry when the credits role and this song plays π
IT SOUNDS SOOOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!! I CAN'T WAIT TO LISTEN TO THE WHOLE SONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm thinking about getting this song, since I have an itunes gift card and it sounds amazing. One quick question though: will this song also be on the VoDT soundtrack album? In the past, the songs sung by popular artists such as Regina Spector and Imogene Heap were included in the soundtrack albums. I don't want to have to buy this song twice, so if anyone has any info about that, that would be great.
