Disney/Walden Re-release LWW and PC on DVD/Blu-ray
With The Voyage of the Dawn Treader about two and a half months away, Disney and Walden re-released The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and Prince Caspian today on DVD and Blu-ray. I could just be paranoid, but somehow the timing of this re-release doesn't seem like a coincidence.

Hey maybe I can get a third copy of LWW, but one that doesn't skip and a second copy of PC, but one in which the case isn't broken. Are they realeasing the two disc, three disc, and four disc editions, or just the one disc editions.

Good marketing. Disney will get to squeeze some more money from Prince Caspian which will make them feel better about the franchise. Walden will get people excited about Narnia just before the release of Dawn Treader. Fox gets free publicity. Smart move.
They are both Blu-Ray + DVD combo packs, so a pretty decent bargain all round!
How is this news? Same cover art and same special features? How do you even know it was a re-release????
