Reserve ‘Dawn Treader’ DVD/Blu-ray on NetFlix
I found this highly amusing: Even though post-production is still months away, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (yes, the Walden version) can already be reserved to rent from NetFlix. So, if you are thinking about renting a movie in about a year and a half, why not plan ahead and reserve The Voyage of the Dawn Treader? Thanks to ‘thebarefootprincess’ for the find.
Never hurts to plan ahead, right? haha
I personally would prefer to know when the VDT Blu-ray DVD is coming out…VDT will run hopefully at least till March or longer…so the DVD should or could be ready about June/July??? Oh well…wishful thinking..Long Live Aslan…
I'm going to reserve VDT on NetFlix! I should've had it on there for a while but I don't think I did! SAIL ON VDT!
LWW was released on DVD early on the first Tue in April (almost 4 months after theatrical release)
PC took six and a half month to make it to DVD,
but that of course was to boost its sales due to Christmas.
VDT should follow LWW,
which would also give it an April release, rather than June/July.
HAHA!! Two funny! =D Planing ahead is good.
sweet, That is cool
LOL Cool! Can I also reserve a pizza today and will I get it in over a year?
Lol! I can also reserve the second season of 'Legend of the Seeker' now! π
I don't have NetFlix. It's so funny/wierd that you could reserve it for like a year and a half!!! π
I really hope that they will make the magician's nephew, the horse and his boy, last battle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! π
I don't think it can rightfully be called "reserved".
One puts it in his/her queue to rent/save. When the release finally arrives, if planned properly one will get it on release date. If not, even if it's been in your queue for more than a year, you'll most likely have to do a wait- length of wait depends on popularity. "Reserving" a movie means that the DVD will be there waiting for you no matter what happens.
I've been having it reserved. This has been on Netflix for quite a while…
I don't trust those type of things. Pluse my mom works at our local hollywood video so I could see it before the release date.
That's exactilly right, narnian1. It just means that when it comes out, it will be put on your dvd list the day it comes out.
Well, that was Disney. And Disney generally releases DVDs earlier than other studios.
I would assume that, unless the movie is terrible, we will all buy the movie rather than rent it. But I saw that on NetFlix, and it made me laugh.
Oh, me too! *crosses fingers*
Ditto on that. π (By the way, glumPuddle, I like your Youtube videos. Keep them up!)
WOW, that is quick!
well, nothing wrong with that, i guess.
That is funny! I wonder how many people have done that so far.
Not too big of a surprise. My friend has actually had VDT reserved on Netflix for months. Not to mention the next TWO Harry Potter films.
you are kidding me?
Why is Netflix offerin this up before the movie is out on theaters. I want to wait and see the movie first.
You must be kidding me!
i agree with glumPuddle, Disney has a knack of releasing its vids ahead of everybody else. but this Fox, and they know that if they want to cash in on the DVD debut, they should release it during the summer, where establishments has these ridiculous bundle deals that everybody gobbles up.
and with this economy, its takes this much forward planning to budget for a blu-ray player.
me da gusto que porfin la voy a ver en DVD DE LA 3 PELICULA DE NARNIA
VIVA NARNIA Y TODOS LOS PERSONAJES
YO SOY EL NUMERO 1 DE SUS FANS
LOL. Might be kinda stale… π
LUCKY!!!!!!!!!!!! π
that's funny! π I told my dad about it and he just rolled his eyes. π
You could always leave it uncooked. That way your cheese would be extra sharp…I don't think you'd really want the tomato sauce, though (or the pepperoni, or the crust…) π
It depends on when it comes out if I'm going to rent it or not. If it comes out close to my b-day, then I can't buy it, if it coms out close to Christmas, then I can't buy it again! π
Vary true
I would reserve it at Netflix, except there's really no point because I'll be buying it the day it comes out anyway….
Translation: I'm happy that porfin I am going to see on DVD of the 3 film of NARNIA VIVA NARNIA and all the characters I am the number 1 of their FANS
I might have to wait for either my b-day or Christmas, whichever it comes out closer to! But if it's not close to any of those, then I'll get it the day it comes out too! π
Yeah if it comes out in April or December then I'll probably ask for it for my birthday or Christmas too. But if comes out any other month, watch out Wal-Mart, I'm bustin' in there at midnight! LOL
Sounds exactly like my Dad. He doesn't like Narnia. Sniff. π
NO FAIR!!!
Something like this happened with my friend! His aunt works at a bookstore so he got to read the Harry Potter and the half-blood prince early!!!!
What Youtube video?I want to check it out!
What is the title of one?
