Darth Vader Takes MTV Movie Award

The 2006 MTV Movie Awards aired for the first time on June 8. Tilda Swinton (the White Witch) was nominated for “Best Villain,” but the award was given to Hayden Christensen (Anakin, Star Wars: Episode III). Also Nominated: Ralph Fiennes (Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire), Tobin Bell (Saw 2), and Cillian Murphey (Batman Begins).
