Narnia Drops to #4 Spot
“The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe” dropped to the number 4 spot last week, (behind Hoodwinked, Last Holiday, and Glory Road) but still crossed the $580 Million mark globally. Domestically, the film is up to $261 Million. Overseas, the film grossed an estimated $20 Million last weekend to bring its international total up to $319 Million.
“It looks to be the next big franchise now that Lord of the Rings is completed and Star Wars is phasing down,” Buena Vista vp international theatrical sales and distribution David Kornblum said.

The Narnia DVD will be available on April 4.
