Rupert Everett May Quit Acting

Ireland On-line reports in an interview with Rupert Everett that after he finishes his current projects (a Sherlock Holmes TV movie and The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe) he may stop acting for a while. He says: “I’m not working for the rest of this year, I hope. I don’t know that I ever want to work again actually to be honest. To a certain extent, acting has slightly lost its allure for me. It’s quite hard work and I’m quite bossy and control-oriented, so that’s quite a difficult mixture sometimes.”
